We begin with an initial brief discussion, usually at your property, regarding your goals for your project and an assessment of your existing space and site conditions. We can also provide material samples and product literature to aid in the selection process. Once project goals are established, for a small fee we can provide 3D rendering of the completed project to help you envision the final product. We can then modify this design based on your input, color/paver selections, and overall size.
Once the design process has been completed and project details have been agreed upon, we will complete a site survey of your property with our sophisticated survey equipment. Your design will then be transferred to our CAD software and built within a 1/16” of accuracy. This allows us to account for any necessary grading, ensure proper drainage, and layout your project with extreme precision.

Found Daybreaker Landscapes through my neighbor. We used them to install a french drain in the back yard to prevent standing water. They did a fantastic job. Even with the heavy equipment, when finished my yard was left immaculate. The work done looked amazing and blended seamlessly. I'm already looking for other projects for them to do. Great company to work with! I highly recommend working with Daybreaker lawn care. I hired Daybreaker to remove a tree next to my driveway that was an eyesore. They showed up right away and removed the tree and even ground out the stump! Most companies would leave a trace from their trucks and equipment but when I came home from work it looked as if they were never there, minus the missing tree!
